1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Globet Technology for software development, cloud services, AI automation, training, or consulting, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Upon full settlement of project invoices according to agreed milestones, all bespoke custom software artifacts and code created for the client become the sole property of the client, excluding proprietary pre-existing libraries or third-party open-source components.
3. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
