Important Scope & Infrastructure Notice
Basic cloud hosting, domain, and 2 business email IDs are included as per the selected plan. Customization and additional engineering outside the package scope are chargeable separately. Dedicated enterprise cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure clusters), paid third-party APIs (SMS, WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Maps, Travel GDS APIs), payment gateway transaction charges, and Google Play Console ($25 one-time) / Apple Developer Program ($99/year) accounts are payable directly by the customer.
Additional Charges & Important Terms
1. Customization Charges
All custom features, bespoke design adjustments, third-party integrations, or functionality outside the defined package scope are quoted separately based on estimated engineering hours.
2. Hosting Infrastructure
Packages include standard shared/cloud hosting suitable for typical business traffic. Websites requiring high storage, dedicated clusters, or multi-region failover can upgrade to managed Azure/AWS at actual cost.
3. Domain Name
One standard domain extension (.com / .org / .net / .io) is included in active subscriptions. Premium domains or rare TLDs are payable separately.
4. Business Email
Each package includes 2 standard webmail/IMAP business email accounts. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 migrations are supported and billed per mailbox as per provider pricing.
5. Payment Gateways
Payment gateway configuration (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net, Razorpay) is included. Transaction fees (typically 2.2% to 2.9% + $0.30) and merchant KYC verification are handled directly with the gateway provider.
6. App Store Publishing
For mobile app packages, developer account fees (Google Play Console $25 one-time, Apple Developer Program $99 annual) are payable by the customer. Globet manages build compilation and store upload.
7. Third-Party APIs & Services
Paid third-party services such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio SMS gateways, Google Maps billing, travel GDS flight/hotel inventory APIs, or shipping APIs are billed directly by respective providers.
8. App Store Compliance & KYC
The customer is responsible for providing valid company registration documents, DUNS number (for Apple), and privacy policy disclosures required by app stores.
9. Content & Media Assets
Website content, product details, property listings, travel packages, high-res photos, and logos must be provided by the client. Professional copywriting and graphic creation can be quoted separately.
10. Technical Maintenance & Support
Active subscriptions include continuous server uptime monitoring, security patches, framework updates, automated backups, and bug resolution for existing deliverables.
💳 Payment Terms & Billing Cycles
Website & Digital Platform Packages
- 1 Quarter + 1 Quarter (3 Months) Advance Payment is required to initiate the project/service.
- After the initial period, the customer must pay 1 Quarter (3 Months) in advance for continued service.
- The standard ongoing billing cycle will therefore be quarterly in advance.
- Monthly payment options may be available with prior written agreement.
- Domain registration, premium services, third-party APIs, and app-store charges require 100% advance payment.
- Customization outside the package scope is charged separately.
Digital Marketing Packages
- 1 Month Advance Payment is required to initiate the digital marketing service.
- Thereafter, digital marketing services will be billed monthly in advance.
- Advertising budget is separate from the service fee and must be funded before campaign launch.
- Services may be paused if the applicable payment is not received by the due date.
- Work completed, approved expenses, and third-party charges remain payable upon cancellation.
- Additional ad-hoc services outside package scope are quoted separately.
